The project is located in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, and is envisioned as a future landmark of the area. Featuring a modern twin-tower connected design, the structure boasts a grand and majestic appearance. The building comprises 24 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, covering a total area of 60,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will integrate a large shopping mall, a luxury hotel, high-end apartments, and Grade-A office spaces, becoming a comprehensive landmark for Mogadishu’s urban development.
